Prepare your bonnets, dust off your dancing slippers, and join us to honour one of the most beloved authors in English literature.
Spend a day immersed in books and conversation at Lyme House, where all author events will be held in the elegant Saloon and atmospheric Chapel.

Serenity Booksellers' co-owner, Kelly will be hosting a talk on Jane Austen's life, works and adaptations that have influenced us all, and her personally as a book seller for many years. Co-owner, Chris will be hosting a Jane Austen quiz where there will be some fabulous Austen goodies to be won!

Each author will appear twice during the day - once in the morning and again in the afternoon - so you won’t miss a thing.
Your ticket includes a copy of the featured author’s book, and entrance into the house and grounds. *

Join Abigail Rose Creative in this hands-on embroidery workshop, you’ll create a beautiful design inspired by the timeless opening lines of Pride and Prejudice. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced stitcher, you’ll learn traditional techniques while bringing Austen’s words to life in thread. Take home a unique keepsake that blends craft, creativity, and classic literature.
